App freezes constantly and then crashes. One of these times resulted in an error in uploading photos resulting in extra charges. The auto unlock/ lock functionality also does not work well. I was delayed 30 minutes bc the app could not lock my van and then it took forever to get an agent to help since there is no direct phone number. Even when they tried to help it took 3 tries for them to unlock the van.
So easy to locate and rent a cargo van when we need an extra van. These are low mileage work vans with plenty of room for our needs. We'll be using these again.
I rented a van but when I went to pick it up, it was not there. There was a whole parking lot full of fluid vans but not mine. I couldn't get ahold of anyone for 50 minutes. Then it was too late. Very frustrating experience.
Driver came here throwing packages and yelling everytime they threw one. Then they came to our other door banging on it frantically. They then sat in their truck in front of our house for 10 minutes. I'm having to install ring because of them.
Nice but needs some work on the interface. There are a few things I had to figure out on my own.
App works as intended. Rent was easy. All went well. Thank you!
